After 14 years owning and operating Home Evaluation Services,
a real estate home inspection business, that included radon
testing and radon mitigation system installations, I have
separated these businesses so I could concentrate entirely on
Radon services for the U.P.

I recently sold the inspection portion of my business to one of
my long-time inspectors, I felt that the Upper peninsula has
needed a full-time standalone professional Radon service
company. U. P. Radon Solutions will provide profession Radon
services including Education, Testing, and Mitigation system
installations when called for under NRPP/AARST and EPA guild
lines. We have Tested thousands of homes over the last 14
years here in the Upper Peninsula, and successfully reduced the
radon levels to below EPA action levels in over 700 homes. (to
